The T-Series Platinum and Rhodium inks are prepared from platinum on carbon or rhodium on carbon powders manufactured by MCA Services which also includes platinum on graphite and rhodium on graphite powders. This provides for an appreciable range of active ink materials which can be changed according to specific requirements. The nature and grade of the carbon or graphite, the precious metal content, resin composition and the solvent applied in the formulation of the ink system can be altered to suit particular requirements. The viscosity of the systems can also be altered to provide inks suitable for deposition by most techniques. Silver - Silver Chloride Inks The production facilities at MCA Services provide for the manufacture of a variety of Ag / AgCl printing inks using innovative technology. MCA Services have worked in collaboration with end users and have developed individual inks specifically for their unique requirements. For example; the Ag : AgCl ratio can be altered, required solvent and resin systems can be applied or even developed if necessary and specific pigments can be included for screen printing. Special low viscosity inks are available for application to specific coating operations, such as dip coating, spin coating or spray coating. Conductive Carbon Inks MCA Services produces a range of carbon inks, based on the same systems as applied to our precious metal/carbon and silver based inks. They are, therefore, completely compatible with our other inks and suited to use as conductive tracking inks where the precious metal content is not required. In particular our I-Series inks utilise high purity carbon, exhibit excellent conductivity, are applicable to many substrate materials by either manual or automated methods and exhibit very favourable eco-tox profiles.
