MCA Services has been collaborating with university
research groups for many years, with both the analysis of single samples
and collaboration in longer term projects. With over 30 years
experience, our staff are experts in the areas of the analytical
techniques we offer. More details on the techniques can be found via the
analytical link.
Given this, combined with our experience of fundamental research
and the structure of university research, we are able to offer tailored
analyses with particular benefits to university research groups.
For example;
|
·
Assistance with the technical
details for publications, without authorship inclusion of MCA
staff.

importance.
|
|
·

Visits
to MCA
MCA Services has previously offered the opportunity for
staff and students to come to our premises for demonstrations of the
analytical techniques and combined manipulation of results in order to
achieve the desired format. Research staff have previously found this
highly beneficial in gaining an understanding of the techniques on
offer, in particular the theory behind them and the intricacies of their
operation.
Reporting
Options
The state-of-the-art analytical software used at MCA is
extremely powerful in terms of the reporting options available. For this
reason we offer standard reporting formats which include the most
commonly required information. It is, however, possible to expand these
to include less commonly demanded information or very specialised report
formats. Some examples of these options are provided in our analytical
options document (this will open a pdf file in a new window).
We can also generate graphical plots showing overlaid sample
information according to your specification of parameters. These are
supplied in a file format suitable for direct application to written
reports, presentations and publications. Furthermore, raw data can often
be supplied in a Microsoft Excel file for further manipulation or
application to additional data.
If you have any further questions about our services or would like
to discuss sample analysis or a collaborative research project then
please contact us via the link above.
